About

My name is Jenna White and this my graphic design portfolio. I’m currently a junior standing graphic designer at Montana State University and recently passed the portfolio exam in spring 2024. I was born in a town not many people have heard of called Kennewick Washington. Even though it is pretty dry and extremely hot there, I grew up right on the Columbia River so I was never dry from sailing with my dad to water-skiing and wake-surfing.

When I wasn’t out on the water, I was in the studio practicing ballet. I trained pre-professionally with Tri-cities academy of ballet for 13 years as well as 5 years with Mid-Columbia Ballet. Over the summers I did multiple intensives with Pacific Northwest Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, and one year I was lucky enough to train for a week at Juilliard.

My whole life has been surrounded by art but what drew me to specifically to graphic design was the computer aspect. Personally I’ve always throughly enjoyed my coding and website building classes when its more UI design instead of UX. In the future I would love to explore more coding base classes and graphic animation.
